009 - European Hand Sawn 65" Mantel

$1,394

Bring home old-world heritage with a mantel made from timber found deep in the mountains of Austria. The original solid wood beam was harvested and then sawn by hand 300-400 years ago, and still possesses the distinctive features that only a piece of natural history can bear.

Our craftsmen have painstakingly repurposed this lumber to reveal its unique hand sawn markings, applying a wood stain and clear protective finish in order to preserve the natural characteristics that make this piece truly unique.
