0018 - Hand Hewn 76" Mantel
Bring your space to life with old world character. This fireplace mantel was sourced from a solid wood beam harvested and shaped by hand in the late 1700s - early 1800s, leaving behind beautiful hand-hewn markings.
The pre-industrial hand hewing process took tremendous work, the effects of which our craftsmen have taken care to preserve. We’ve worked to reveal the wood’s old growth texture and original patina, resulting in a one-of-a-kind, naturally weathered texture. A protective matte finish has also been added.
