001-Hand Hewn 60" Mantel

Breathe new life into your room with a bit of old world character. This fireplace mantel was hand-carved from a reclaimed solid barn wood beam dating back to the late 1700s to early 1800s, and bears the unique markings left by a long life. This piece was painstakingly hand-hewn from a round tree trunk into a square beam used for barn structures.

Our expert craftsmen have repurposed this timber as a fireplace mantel that lends unmistakable character to your home. The texture of old growth and the original patina are preserved, resulting in a one-of-a-kind, naturally weathered texture. A protective matte finish has also been added.
